MAC2026b is a four-manual and pedal Casavant organ in the Roman Catholic Cathedral (Igreja da Sé) in Macau SAR. The project was begun in 2016, with installation planned for 2018. But this was delayed by necessary structural work in the building, and the COVID-19 epidemic. It was finally installed in late 2025, and dedicated on 25 February 2026 by French organist, Thierry Escaich. With 2, 830 pipes, it is a largest church organ in the Pearl Delta Region bounded by Hong Kong, Macau, and Guangzhou.
The Antiphonal division, located in a narrow balcony at the back to the Cathedral, has its own console to control the Antiphonal organ, and also part of the main organ. This is where the choir sings from. Another feature is the Trompette pontificale 8′, set as a chamade stop in the façade of the main organ. This rank has its own high-pressure windchest.
