PEK2024 is large, four-manual and pedal organ by Rieger, located in the ‘Beijing Performing Arts Center’ in Tongzhou. Although a part of the greater Beijing area, the history of Tongzhou is that of a eastern point of entry to the Chinese capital, sitting as the old town center does at the intersection of the Grand Canal with a tributary canal, about 30 kilometers east of the center of Beijing. The English name of the new arts center is bound to cause confusion with the National Center for the Performing Arts, which in fact sits in the city center, just to the west of Tiananmen Square.

The dedicatory recital was apparently held on 30 March 2024, given by organist Olivier Latry.

The organ has four main divisions plus pedal, as well as a divided chamade division, and an Echo division (also under expression, and perhaps something like an old Ethereal division).
