MAC2018 is a seven rank, 21-stop Casavant unit organ (of the ‘Inspration Organ’ model), installed in the historic Church of São Domingos in the heart of Macau. It is located on the floor of the church, on the right-hand aisle, with the case against the wall, and the console on the other side of the aisle.  The church has a spacious organ gallery and is often used for concerts. It is not known why this busy location on the ground was preferred (although it is possible that the gallery was not structurally sound enough to support the weight of the instrument.)

The organ was erected in September 2018, but there is no information regarding a dedicatory recital. The church is no longer a parish church, and is owned by the government of Macau (it is managed by a confraternity.)
